Invite codes are a Polymarket US app thing. The app launched on December 3, 2025 as invite-only, and over 2026 Polymarket has been letting people in without one, platform by platform. If the sign-up screen asks for a code, you need one; if it doesn't, you don't. Separately, partner promo codes have carried a new-user bonus, typically $20 on a $20 deposit and at times more. The terms live in the app, not on the page that gave you the code.
In the US: we're arranging a partner code for the Polymarket US app. Until it's live, sign up at polymarket.us; if it asks for an invite, a code from any existing user works.
Invite code vs promo code
- Invite code: gets you past the waitlist. Any existing user can share one. Needed only if the app asks.
- Promo / partner code: attaches a bonus offer to your account. Entered in the same field at sign-up. Carries its own terms: deposit minimum, steps to unlock, expiry, trading requirement before withdrawal.
How to apply one
- Go to polymarket.us or install the Polymarket US app (iOS or Android). The global site doesn't apply.
- Create an account; enter the code when the field appears.
- Complete identity verification: government ID, selfie, Social Security number, proof of residence in an eligible state.
- Deposit at least $20 (Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, bank or wire).
- Follow the bonus steps shown in the app. Bonus funds generally need to be traded before anything from them can be withdrawn.
What the offers have looked like
Through 2026, affiliate offers for the US app have been in the "$20 bonus with $20 deposit" range, with at least one partner reporting an increase to $50 in May 2026. These are small by sportsbook standards, which is deliberate: the app is a regulated exchange, not a casino, and the bonus is an onboarding nudge rather than a bankroll. Don't deposit more than you'd trade anyway to chase it.
Things that will get your account flagged
- Using a VPN to reach the global site from the US.
- Multiple accounts to farm invite or referral rewards.
- Signing up from a state where the app isn't offered, or where sports markets are restricted, and trying to route around it.
