Kalshi support is chat first: log in, open the menu in the top left, tap Get help, then Chat with support. Email is the fallback, and there's no phone or text line. Send a clear description, a screenshot or recording, and the email and full name on your account, and you'll skip the first round of questions. Response times aren't published. Support can fix account and payment problems; it won't reverse a settlement that followed the market's rules.

What to include
- What happened, with the market name and the time.
- A screenshot or screen recording.
- Your account email and full name.
Common issues and what to expect
- Deposit on hold: new deposits sit under a security hold before they can be withdrawn; the length depends on the method. Support can tell you the date; it generally can't shorten it.
- Withdrawal verification: debit card withdrawals are usually instant, but some trigger extra identity checks. Have your ID ready.
- Order didn't fill: nobody matched your price. That's liquidity, not a bug; a limit order at the wrong price just sits.
- Settlement dispute: read the market's rules first. If the resolution source was misapplied, say exactly how, with a link; that's a ticket support can act on.
- Is it down? Check our outage page, Kalshi's status page and the Discord before opening a ticket.
Scams that look like support
Nobody from Kalshi will DM you first, ask you to move funds to "verify" an account, or send you to a domain that isn't kalshi.com. Those are the three signs. Report and ignore.
