Polymarket US runs a new-user bonus through partner promo codes. In October 2026 it's a $25 trading bonus after a first deposit of at least $10, credited to your account once the deposit confirms, usable on any market, with no rollover. New York and Nevada are excluded in the terms. The offer has changed amount three times this year, so the number you read in a June article is probably not the number you'll get.

Same mechanism each time: a partner code at sign-up, a qualifying first deposit, an instant credit. The bonus is "trading bonus" money: you can buy contracts with it, and whatever those contracts pay is withdrawable. You can't withdraw the bonus itself.

Who qualifies

  • New Polymarket US customers only (QCX LLC, the CFTC-regulated US exchange).
  • 18 or older.
  • Physically located in an eligible state at sign-up. New York and Nevada are excluded in the terms; some trackers also exclude Minnesota. Sports markets are additionally restricted in several states, but the bonus itself isn't tied to sports.
  • Code entered during sign-up. Polymarket doesn't retroactively apply codes.

Polymarket global is different

How it compares

Kalshi's own referral scheme pays both sides a bonus after the new user trades a set amount within 72 hours of signing up (details); Novig and the DraftKings/FanDuel prediction apps run deposit matches that are worth more but come with more conditions. Polymarket's no-rollover trading bonus is the simplest of the lot, if a smaller headline number.
