Polymarket is two products with two support desks. The US app, run by QCX LLC with dollar balances, uses [email protected], in-app chat and a status page at status.polymarketexchange.com. The global site, polymarket.com, which settles in crypto and doesn't take US customers, uses [email protected] and the chat icon in the bottom-right corner. Neither has a phone line and neither does support over Discord, Telegram or DMs. Include your account email, the market, the time and a screenshot, and you'll save a round trip.

Before you write
- Order not filling: no counterparty at your price. Liquidity, not a bug.
- Price changed before execution: the book moved. The old price no longer exists; the fill is final.
- Settlement you disagree with: read the resolution source in the market rules. Support acts on misapplication, not on disagreement.
- Maintenance: open orders are cancelled before a maintenance window; re-place them after.
- "Network Error", "Claim Failed": specific fixes in the help centre; try those first.
What to include
The email on your account, the market name, the approximate time, and a screenshot. For the US app, the device and app version help too.
Impersonation
Polymarket won't contact you first, won't ask you to move funds to "verify" anything, and won't link you to a domain that isn't polymarket.com or polymarket.us. Support scams on crypto-adjacent platforms are common and usually arrive by DM minutes after you post a complaint publicly.
